You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes such as learning about our services and requesting an estimate. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach security, scraping content at scale, or using it to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing communications.

Estimates provided through this website, by phone or in person are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing depends on an on-site inspection, the materials selected, and the actual scope of work. A project is only agreed once both parties have signed a written proposal or work order, which governs that project in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

We work to keep the content on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date at all times. Photos and examples shown are illustrative of our work and services.

For work to proceed safely and on schedule, you agree to provide reasonable access to the property, water and power where needed, and to keep pets and people clear of work areas. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material availability, or conditions concealed from view (such as hidden rot or structural damage) that are discovered once work begins; any resulting change in scope or price will be discussed with you before we proceed.

Payment schedules, deposits and accepted payment methods are stated in your signed proposal or invoice. Invoices are due per the terms stated on them. We may suspend work and/or charge interest or collection costs on overdue balances as permitted by North Carolina law. Materials remain our property until paid in full.

Warranty coverage for labor and materials, including any manufacturer warranties, is described in your signed proposal. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by EASE Exteriors, and we will reasonably assist you in making a manufacturer claim. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, normal wear, alterations by others, or events beyond our control such as storms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EASE Exteriors and EAS Preservation and More LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The content, design, images and branding on this website belong to EASE Exteriors or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

This site may link to third-party websites (such as social media or review platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless a signed agreement for a specific project states otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they were last revised; continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
